HSE Manager Location: Grangemouth Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are delighted to be partnering with our client in Grangemouth to recruit a HSE Manager into their Process Manufacturing facility. This role is a crucial role to the business and covers a wide scope, from admin tasks to developing and implementing strategic HSE initiatives. As HSE Manager, you’ll be responsible for safety standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the site. Responsibilities: Lead and integrate HS&E strategies into daily operations, ensuring health and safety is a top priority at all levels. Guide teams around health, safety, and environmental objectives, developing effective policies that align with organisational goals. Oversee robust safety and environmental management systems, ensuring compliance and adapting to regulatory changes. Document, communicate, and monitor HSE roles and responsibilities across departments, maintaining high standards of training and compliance. Ensure accurate and current records are maintained, including legal, safety, and environmental registers. Implementation of necessary ISO standards Develop and implement annual HS&E plans with targeted objectives for continuous improvement. Skills & Experience Required: Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential, ideally with experience from a process driven environment, FMCG, Distilling, Pharma or similar NEBOSH General Certificate Strong knowledge of HSE Management and Principles Experience in conducting risk assessments Expertise in environmental issues & legislation Experience in conducting Audits Interested?
