You will:
Lead the distillery\’s daily operations, ensuring consistent production of high-quality spirit.
Deliver the annual production plan on time, within budget, and to specification.

Ensure full compliance with HMRC, H&S, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate across the business with procurement, blending, warehousing and operations teams.
Support strategic projects, capital investment, and long-term distillation planning.
This is a hands on leadership role, suited to someone who enjoys being close to the process while also thinking strategically about how to make it better.
