About the Job
This is a brilliant role for a creative, socially-savvy marketer who wants to work across organic and paid social at real scale. You'll be managing content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging channels: planning, creating and scheduling content that's on-brand, commercially purposeful and genuinely engaging. You'll support campaigns across brand, tactical, retail and partner activity, including co-marketing with global travel and hospitality brands, giving you exposure to high-profile partnerships that most social media roles simply don't offer. There's paid social involvement too, supporting campaign setup, audience targeting and performance reporting via Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. You'll also support the retail store network with local social activity, helping store teams improve confidence and consistency on social, great experience for anyone looking to broaden their skillset beyond a single channel or audience.
About the Candidate
You’ll have at least 2–3 years of experience managing social media channels in a commercial environment, with a strong grasp of platform best practice and a genuine passion for content. You'll be a confident copywriter, comfortable tailoring tone and messaging for different channels and audiences, and you'll have hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and ideally TikTok Ads Manager. Organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle a busy content calendar without dropping the ball. Most importantly, you'll be a people person: creative, enthusiastic and someone who genuinely loves social media and wants to grow within it. Experience in travel, retail or a multi-site retail is preferred.
