About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our growing delivery team. You will support the delivery of client projects and retained services, helping ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their project management skills while gaining hands‑on experience in Agile delivery and client‑facing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of multiple client projects and retained services.
  • Assist with timelines, budgets, and quality monitoring to help ensure successful outcomes.
  • Work with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and plan project approaches.
  • Help produce and maintain project documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and project plans.
  • Support effective use of tools like JIRA and Confluence, keeping boards and reports accurate.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
  • Track progress against plans, identifying risks and issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Assist in scoping, cost estimation, and capacity planning.
  • Communicate project updates clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Some experience in a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery practices.
  • Exposure to client‑facing projects and working with cross‑functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and reporting tools (e.g., eazyBI).
  • Understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn and grow in project management.
