The Role
Loud Mouth Media is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to take ownership of email and CRM activity across a portfolio of clients. This role is firmly focused on strategy, execution and optimisation, with a strong emphasis on lifecycle marketing, automation and commercial performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong agency experience who enjoys working across multiple accounts and wants to play a key role in shaping email marketing as a core performance channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver email marketing strategies across multiple client accounts
- Build, manage and optimise Klaviyo flows, including lifecycle and behavioural automation
- Plan and deliver proven campaign activity from concept through to execution and reporting
- Manage email campaigns within Mailchimp where required
- Develop segmentation and personalisation strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences
- Analyse performance, produce clear reporting and provide data-led recommendations
- Collaborate with paid media, content and CRO teams to support integrated campaigns
- Act as the internal email specialist, sharing best practice and insight across the agency
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with Klaviyo, including flow builds and reporting
- Experience delivering proven email campaigns with measurable commercial results
- Working knowledge of Mailchimp
- Background in a digital or creative agency environment
- Experience working across both B2B and B2C clients
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Confident communicator with clients and internal teams
