This is a fast-growing tech business operating in a competitive B2B space, with a commercial, hands-on culture and a real appetite for autonomy and ownership. They're building a mature demand generation function from the ground up, moving away from agency dependence and traditional MQL volume towards a high-intent, revenue-focused pipeline model. The culture here rewards proactive, opinionated marketers who are comfortable operating with high autonomy and challenging where needed.

This is a genuine opportunity to take full ownership of digital demand generation, reporting directly to CMO. You'll be hands-on across LinkedIn paid advertising (a key priority), Google Search Ads and HubSpot, directly managing channels rather than overseeing through an agency. Strong analytics and a clear focus on pipeline ownership are central to this role, you'll be accountable for generating quality, high-intent leads rather than chasing MQL volume.

You’ll work closely with sales and product marketing as the team structure evolves, with scope to shape how demand gen operates as the function matures. There's also real career development potential here, with plans to build out further roles in product marketing and content/brand marketing alongside this hire.

You’ll be a self-starter with proven B2B marketing experience and hands-on digital channel skills, particularly LinkedIn paid. Strong commercial acumen and a track record of owning revenue pipeline numbers are essential, along with a genuinely analytical, results-driven approach. ABM campaign experience and sector exposure (tech, SaaS, cybersecurity or IoT) would all be advantageous. This is a role for someone confident operating independently and willing to challenge and direct where needed; a passive or purely generalist background won’t be the right fit here.
