About the Role
This is a newly created leadership role that will take ownership of a fast-growing enablement function. You'll be responsible for ensuring training and enablement programmes are delivered successfully, managing client relationships, coordinating internal and external resources, and building the operational processes needed to support continued growth. The role sits at the intersection of operations, project delivery, customer success, and resource management. You'll oversee multiple client engagements simultaneously, working closely with consultants, trainers, contractors, and senior stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered smoothly and clients receive an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the enablement and training function.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout programme delivery.
- Coordinate and schedule training workshops, enablement sessions, and adoption programmes.
- Manage consultant and contractor utilisation across multiple projects.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
- Develop and improve delivery processes, frameworks, and operational procedures.
- Support capacity planning and resource forecasting.
- Work closely with commercial teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and delivery partners.
- Monitor programme performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong operational and project management experience with excellent stakeholder and client-facing skills. You will likely come from a training, learning & development, enablement, consultancy, professional services, or technology services environment where you've been responsible for coordinating people, projects, and delivery activities. You'll be highly organised, commercially aware, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience managing training, enablement, learning, or professional services delivery programmes.
- Strong project management experience.
- Resource planning and utilisation management experience.
- Experience coordinating contractors, associates, or external delivery partners.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements.
Desirable Experience
- Technology, Training, digital transformation, SaaS, or AI sector experience.
- Experience supporting adoption, change, or transformation programmes.
- PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, Scrum, or equivalent project management qualifications.
- Experience working within a consultancy or services-led organisation.
