Production Supervisor (Finishing) Glasgow 3 Shift Rotation: Early: Mon – Thu (6am to 2pm); Friday (6am to 1.10pm) Back: Mon – Thu (2pm to 10pm); Friday (1.10pm to 6pm) Night: Sun (9.50pm to 6am); Mon – Thu (10pm to 6am)

Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are working with a global leader in the development and production of a variety of products across multiple sectors, including but not limited to: electronics, automotive and industrial.

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day manufacturing operations within a section of the site.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) initiatives to strengthen safe working practices and support a zero-incident culture.
  • Ensure full compliance with SHE standards, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a proactive safety mindset through visible leadership and employee engagement.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to achieve output targets while maintaining optimal quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout all manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Shop Order execution and maintain full accuracy and control within IFS (or equivalent ERP system).
  • Monitor process compliance and evaluate performance using defined metrics (KPIs).
  • Lead, motivate and develop multi-skilled production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate team performance, operational priorities and action plans clearly across all levels.
