Nine Twenty are working with a fast-growing, multi-award-winning scale-up based in Glasgow to recruit a talented and ambitious Data & Insights Analyst. Key Responsibilities

  • Understand Client & Business Needs
  • Analyse client briefs to uncover the real business challenges.
  • Show curiosity and dig deeper when engaging with stakeholders.
  • Be proactive in solving problems, using data to offer actionable solutions.
  • Design & Execute Consumer Research
    • Create impactful, engaging surveys that generate valuable insights.
    • Manage the full research cycle from design to data cleaning and reporting.
    • Align insights with client objectives for maximum relevance.
  • Deliver Insightful Reports
    • Work with large datasets, applying analytical techniques to uncover trends.
    • Turn complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
    • Build visually engaging, insight-driven client reports and presentations.
    • Help streamline internal insight generation and reporting processes.
  • Ensure Accuracy & Drive Improvement
    • Uphold high standards for data quality, accuracy, and compliance.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows.
    • Meet deadlines and maintain excellence across all deliverables.
  • Contribute to Innovation & Business Growth
    • Bring fresh ideas for collecting, processing, and visualizing data.
    • Help shape internal reporting strategies.

    Ideal Candidate

    • Strong numerical and logical problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in consumer research and survey methodologies.
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
    • Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Strong data handling skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
