A prominent technology solutions provider is seeking a seasoned Senior Dynamics 365 (D365) Project Manager to join their Financial Services division. This position offers the opportunity to drive impactful change, deliver high-profile projects, and contribute to transformative digital solutions for clients in the financial sector, including banking and insurance., As a Senior D365 Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of professional services projects within the Financial Services Practice, leveraging your deep understanding of D365 CRM. Key responsibilities include:
o Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
o Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to agreed KPIs.
o Defining project scope, managing changes, and ensuring successful delivery.
o Coordinating resources, including internal teams and third-party vendors.
o Developing detailed project plans and tracking progress using tools like DevOps.
o Accurately estimating project timelines and costs.
o Managing project budgets, risks, and issues (RAID logs).
