Nine Twenty in Glasgow, operating on a hybrid basis, is looking for a Procurement Framework & Bid Manager to own the public sector framework portfolio and bid activity across Scotland and England. You will drive end-to-end processes, from horizon scanning and accreditation through to call-off opportunities, writing responses that win on criteria.
You will coordinate with Sales, Service Delivery and technical teams to assemble evidence-led submissions, maintain the calendar, and ensure up-to-date.
