A growing UK technology services organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Microsoft D365 Pre-Sales Consultant to strengthen its commercial capability. This is a high impact role sitting between sales and delivery, working closely with prospective clients to understand business challenges and demonstrate how Dynamics 365 solutions can drive measurable value. Key Responsibilities
  • Act as subject matter expert for D365 Customer Engagement
  • Deliver tailored demos, presentations and proof of concept sessions
  • Support RFP responses and proposal documentation
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to implementation
  • Identify cross sell opportunities across a wider solutions portfolio
  • Stay ahead of market and competitor trends
Experience Required
  • Strong knowledge of D365 Customer Engagement including configuration and customisation
  • Experience across Microsoft Power Platform
  • Background in pre sales or technical consulting
  • Ability to translate technical capability into clear commercial value
  • Confident engaging both technical and non technical stakeholders
  • Business Central exposure would be advantageous
