Nine Twenty are delighted to be working with a dynamic and innovative Manufacturing company. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the team on a full-time and permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all aspects of Warehousing working in line with the Logistics Department

Key Requirements:

  • Oversee warehouse operations in alignment with established procedures.
  • Maintain operating areas and equipment to meet cleanliness and compliance standards.
  • Ensure materials meet all quality requirements.
  • Coordinate timely delivery of materials to production in line with planning schedules.
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
  • Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards within operations.
  • Ensure team members carry out daily tasks effectively.
  • Monitor adherence to equipment safety requirements and PPE usage.
  • Complete and maintain accurate daily records and documentation.
  • Support training and development plans for team members to maintain required standards.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for warehouse functions.
  • Track and report logistics performance against key targets.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of equipment, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments within logistics and operational areas.
