Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of Warehousing working in line with the Logistics Department
Key Requirements:
- Oversee warehouse operations in alignment with established procedures.
- Maintain operating areas and equipment to meet cleanliness and compliance standards.
- Ensure materials meet all quality requirements.
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials to production in line with planning schedules.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
- Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards within operations.
- Ensure team members carry out daily tasks effectively.
- Monitor adherence to equipment safety requirements and PPE usage.
- Complete and maintain accurate daily records and documentation.
- Support training and development plans for team members to maintain required standards.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for warehouse functions.
- Track and report logistics performance against key targets.
