We’re working with a leading Glasgow-based marketing agency that’s known for delivering exceptional results for their clients across a variety of industries. As their new SEO Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing SEO strategies to drive client success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading SEO strategies for a diverse client portfolio, focusing on technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimisation.
  • Conducting in-depth website audits and providing actionable recommendations to improve organic performance.
  • Driving content strategies by collaborating with the creative and content teams to align with SEO goals.
  • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Staying ahead of the curve with industry trends and algorithm updates, ensuring clients remain competitive.
  • Managing junior team members, mentoring, and supporting their development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimisation, and link-building strategies.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Agency experience is a bonus but not a dealbreaker if you’ve managed multiple campaigns or clients in-house.
