Burendo is a fast-growing product delivery and technology consultancy (ISO 14001-certified), with strong public and private sector momentum, including major NHS and UKHSA DevOps contracts. We’re looking for a proactive Sales Manager to accelerate new business in mid-market and enterprise, especially with public- sector/gov-tech clients, and tech-led organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Prospect and qualify leads across private and public sector verticals
  • Full Sales Cycle: Lead discovery, stakeholder mapping, proposals, negotiation and close.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster upsell opportunities and manage key account growth.
  • Pipeline Oversight: Maintain CRM integrity; report metrics and forecast accurately.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with PMs, consultants, marketing and delivery teams.
  • Thought Leadership & Market Insight: Stay current with agile, DevOps, and cloud trends.
  • External Engagement: Represent Burendo at industry events and networking forums.
