As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing technology projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA engineers, and business analysts, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitoring progress and providing support as needed.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review project status, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones and achievements.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project deliverables meet their requirements.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and address any deviations from project plans.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Escalate critical issues to senior management as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
