Project Coordinator – EV Charger Installations Glasgow | Full-Time | Permanent A leading provider of EV charging solutions is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on coordination, enjoys working across teams, and is passionate about clean energy and emerging technologies. About the Role You’ll play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of residential and commercial EV charger installations. Acting as the central point of contact between clients, engineers, planners, and suppliers, you’ll ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate installation schedules and site readiness Manage site surveys, permits, and compliance processes Support on-site teams with audits, risk assessments, and health & safety Maintain communication with clients and internal teams Provide regular project updates and close-out reports Conduct quality inspections and monitor KPIs Recommend improvements to streamline installation processes What We’re Looking For You’ll bring either: Proven experience in coordinating EV charger installations, or A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with hands-on site or technical coordination experience Essential Skills & Competencies Strong organisation and coordination skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Sound knowledge of electrical standards (BS7671) and health & safety regulations (e.g. CDM) Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets or suppliers Proficiency in MS Office and tools like MS Project or Asana Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Desirable Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Background in customer service or client-facing roles A proactive, problem-solving mindset Interest in EV technology and sustainability Why Join?
