About the role:
- Manage an account base of existing customers with real potential to grow.
- Lead, retain and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with the senior stakeholders across logistics, operations, procurement and commercial teams.
- Understand customer pain points and design tailored solutions that improve performance, resilience and cost efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement through data insights, KPI performance reviews and proactive optimisation initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, operations, carrier management, implementation and analytics teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure contractual compliance and commercial growth.
