Location: UK (Hybrid)
We are supporting a well-established UK technology organisation that is undertaking a review of its Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform estate. They are looking to engage a Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant to carry out a detailed audit of the existing environment and provide recommendations for improvement. This role will focus on reviewing the current Dynamics 365 and Power Platform setup, assessing configuration, governance and platform usage, and identifying areas where the environment can be optimised.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a full review of the existing Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform environment
- Assess current configuration, customisations and solution structure
- Review Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and Dataverse architecture
- Evaluate platform governance, security roles and environment management
- Identify technical debt, performance issues and areas for optimisation
- Produce documentation outlining findings and recommended improvements
Experience Required
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Hands‑on knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience reviewing or assessing existing Microsoft environments
- Understanding of platform governance and best practice
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
