We’re partnering with a global organisation to hire an AI Manager into a newly formed AI Centre of Enablement – a high-impact function driving responsible AI adoption and real business outcomes across the enterprise. This is a greenfield opportunity to shape AI strategy, governance and delivery while partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple divisions.
The Role
- You’ll act as an internal AI consultant and delivery lead, helping teams turn ideas into scalable AI solutions.
Key focus areas:
- Advise business teams on AI opportunities, use cases and value
- Support delivery of LLM, Copilot and agent-based solutions
- Drive AI adoption through training, communities of practice and use-case sharing
- Embed AI governance, risk and compliance frameworks
- Coordinate AI initiatives across business, data and technology teams
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in AI, data or emerging tech roles
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and AI risks/limitations
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Copilot (or similar)
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive change
- Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices
