Our client is up-and-coming AI Training Consultancy dedicated to empowering non-technical executives and business owners to understand how Generative AI can help their business. Launched in 2022, they have leveraged thousands of hours of research to craft learning content and services that offer clear, accessible steps to adapt AI into businesses successfully.
As they continue to grow, they’re now looking for an AI Solutions Consultant to leverage their technical expertise and lead on building POCs for their clients to demonstrate the ability of Generative AI for their specific use cases.
The Role
The AI Solutions Consultant will be contributing to the advancement of AI training products and services ensuring SME organisations understand the capabilities and the ease with which they can capitalise on them.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of turning client problems to POCs, a good understanding of machine learning algorithms, a deep interest in the latest generative AI models (ideally with experience of tuning them), be a master of data and have a passion for staying at the forefront of the field.

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in software engineering within financial services or consultancy, with expertise in AI-driven solutions and LLM-based products.
- Experience with fine-tuning and deploying pre-trained AI models to demonstrate real-world applications, knowledge in LLM evaluation and benchmarking
- Passionate about AI and its potential for transforming businesses.
- Proactive and independent, with a strong drive to learn and innovate.
- Excellent academic background or relevant experience in fields like Data Science, Computer Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
