Nine Twenty Technology are partnering with a technology consultancy in Glasgow to find an experienced Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work on technology-led projects, applying modern delivery approaches and working with innovative solutions.
The Role
- Take ownership of day-to-day project management
- Ensure plans are well-managed, risks are controlled, and delivery runs smoothly
- Suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a consultancy/start-up environment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technology and IT-related projects
- Ensure outcomes are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Own and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, milestones, and dependencies
- Work closely with the Delivery Lead to ensure effective execution across projects
- Support delivery within the AI space, including understanding challenges, governance considerations, and reporting requirements
- Ensure visibility of progress, risks, and decisions
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and facilitate ceremonies where required
- Ensure strong governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Operate confidently in a consultancy environment, balancing multiple priorities and clients
- Embed best practices as the business continues to refine its delivery model
Required Experience & Skills
- 4+ years' experience as a Project Manager
- Experience delivering technology or digital projects
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage delivery without needing constant follow-up
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Comfortable working in a small, growing consultancy or start-up-style environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Background working on financial services projects a plus but not essential
- Must be very comfortable in a team that's very much in building phase, developing processes and generally comfortable with a lot of change
