The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Monday – Friday role with no shift work! The provisioning of IT services could be at any of our operational sites. All works are recorded via our industry leading management portals which include CAFM, DCIM and Service Management tools. The individual will have a keen eye for detail and a pro-active attitude towards their duties. Will have good communication skills, is able to work as part of a team as well as managing their own workload and time management. Keen to learn – through on the job training, formal training and personal study. Key Responsibilities: Complete statutory and non-statutory maintenance of critical M&E assets Complete condition monitoring of critical IT assets Respond to issues in an efficient manner to maintain business SLA’s Complete and document fault finding as part of root cause analysis Provision IT services following an approved workflow Report and track issues via the appropriate management tool Keep management and other departments up to date at all times Promote and adhere to health and safety requirements Assist Operations and Security Staff as required Previous experience of working within a Facilities organisation operating as an Electrical / Maintenance Engineer would be a good fit for this role.
