As a D365 CE Functional Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our Business Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics knowledge and expertise to drive high-profile D365 projects within the Financial Services Practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with customers to understand and define their business process to configure their Dynamics CRM/D365 system.
- Advise customers on best practices for development or integration processes.
- Assist with configuration tasks, data migration and end-to-end testing.
- Provide end-user training courses and ad-hoc coaching.
- Participate in go-live stages of projects.
- Push projects along through daily communications with the customer and/or project manager.
Desired Skills and Experience:
We're seeking a passionate team player with the following experience:
- Experience with Power Platform, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverses and legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems such as, CRM2011, CRM2013, CRM2015, CRM2016, CRMOnline
- Work to client’s needs, expectations and standards ensuring that the output and approach is of an expectational standard
- Customer facing and stakeholder management;
- Experience delivering within the Finance Sector (Banking or Insurance) – Desirable
- Developing peers by imparting knowledge and expertise through continual professional development
- Creating documentation.
- Communication (written and verbal)
- Design and delivery functional elements, e.g. customise and configure without code
- Managing time effectively
- Design and validation of technical elements, e.g. extending with code
- Testing and validation of solutions
- Experience within the Financial Services / Banking industry would be beneficial
