A growing UK technology team is looking for a motivated Junior Full-Stack Developer with 1–2 years of commercial experience to help build and enhance a range of digital applications. The organisation has recently been acquired by a global business, creating significant investment, stability, and long-term opportunities for innovation and progression within the technology function. The Role
As a Junior .NET + React Developer, you will work closely with experienced engineers to support the development of internal tools, customer-facing applications, and modern API services. The position offers exposure to the full development lifecycle, with plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing and maintaining applications using ASP.NET (C#) and React.
- Assist in building RESTful APIs and integrating them with internal and external systems.
- Help develop UI components, dashboards, and responsive web interfaces.
- Debug issues, perform fixes, and support continuous improvement of existing systems.
- Work collaboratively with senior developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
- Follow best practices around code quality, security, and documentation.
- Actively participate in learning and development, adopting new technologies and techniques.
About You
- 1–2 years of commercial software development experience.
- Solid understanding of C#, ASP.NET (MVC or .NET Core), and backend fundamentals.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and version control (Git).
- Able to follow technical guidance while also contributing ideas and solutions.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude.

- Exposure to Azure or cloud environments.
- Knowledge of state management tools (Redux / Context API).
