  • Managing and developing assets to meet aesthetic and technical requirements while complying with industry regulations
  • Exporting and optimising assets for smooth integration into the game pipeline
  • Producing premium-quality assets for marketing and sales materials
  • Participating in creative brainstorming sessions and feedback cycles
  • Guiding visual storytelling and branding across game series
  • Keeping up to date with industry design trends
  • Collaborating with animators on asset creation for animations, including sprite sheet and texture atlas files

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

  • A strong, versatile portfolio showcasing 2D artwork (ideally within iGaming)
  • Animation skills/ experience
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other digital art tools
  • Ability to turn briefs into concepts, moodboards, and production-ready assets
  • Understanding of asset pipelines and performance standards
  • Experience working cross-functionally (e.g., development, marketing)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and team-player attitude

Desired:

  • Previous experience in mobile gaming or iGaming
  • Experience with Spine 2D animation
  • Competence in 3D modelling software (e.g., Blender)

What’s in it for you?

  • Flexible working: remote, hybrid, or office-based (UK)
  • Supportive, fast-paced team that values your growth
