Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Manage and oversee the product development function, working closely with internal teams to identify future product development projects.
- Plant Trials: Organise and supervise plant trials, ensuring appropriate coverage of personnel and resources.
- Collaboration: Work with Continuous Improvement (CI) and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless scale-up of new products and processes.
- Technical Support: Provide expert guidance to sales, customer services, and manufacturing teams to drive product innovation.
- Material Knowledge: Stay informed on changes in raw materials, both from a performance and legislative perspective.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align business objectives with quality improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Chemistry or a related technical subject.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and setbacks effectively.
