Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are working in partnership with Loch Lomond Group, a premium spirits business, in their search for a NPD Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work across world-class spirit brands, with a particular focus on Glen Scotia, one of the most exciting brands in the Core whisky category. You will manage NPD and packaging projects that support customer led innovation across global markets, including Asia and China.
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives on building good working relationships across a number of departments, is motivated by managing multiple projects, can bring a keen customer eye to work tasks and welcomes the opportunity to work in an agile and fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading product and packaging development projects from concept to launch
- Owning BOMs, component specs, and managing supplier relationships
- Coordinating timelines, costs and deliverables across teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
- Supporting global customer accounts with tailored innovation and technical solutions
- Running trials, managing costs, tracking changes, and delivering right first time
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in NPD, packaging or project management in FMCG, drink, cosmetics or similar fast-paced sector
- Strong stakeholder engagement – someone who can build trust & manage relationships quickly
- Process-driven mindset with great attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
