Job Description HSE Manager Location: Grangemouth Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are delighted to be partnering with our client in Grangemouth to recruit a HSE Manager into their Process Manufacturing facility. This role is a crucial role to the business and covers a wide scope, from admin tasks to developing and implementing strategic HSE initiatives. As HSE Manager, you’ll be responsible for safety standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the site. Responsibilities: Lead and integrate HS&E strategies into daily operations, ensuring health and safety is a top priority at all levels. Guide teams around health, safety, and environmental objectives, developing effective policies that align with organisational goals. Oversee robust safety and environmental management systems, ensuring compliance and adapting to regulatory changes. Document, communicate, and monitor HSE roles and responsibilities across departments, maintaining high standards of training and compliance.
