Facilities Team Leader
Ayrshire
Nine Twenty are proud to be working with a well known and established drinks manufacturer to find a Facilities Team Leader to join their team in their Ayrshire-based Packaging plant.
Responsibilities
- Budgetary control
- Seek cost savings opportunities and efficiencies in line with values and service levels
- Monthly review Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Resolve day to day problems within a timely and cost-effective manner
- Ensure that a programme of regular management compliance reports is completed accurately and comprehensively to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Compliance & Work Order Management
- Oversee contractors onsite and build strong relationships with all Facilities contractors.
- Manage asset register management programme.
- Develop, maintain and ensure safe execution of all planned maintenance activities to best practice or local legislative standards.
- Assist with delivering Capital Projects throughout site
- Updating of work order system (AGILITY) with accurate notes and statuses through completion of works orders.
- Ensuring Health & Safety policies are adhered to by contractors and employees
Requirements
- Ability to quickly develop trust and meaningful internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Experienced in a similar role with proven track record
- Highly refined communication skills to enable stakeholder management across all levels of the business.
- Highly process and compliance focussed with exceptional eye for detail.
- Ability to self – motivate and work to project timescales and demands of the business.
- Proficient problem solver who can see problems in the future and course correct to avoid them.
- A dogged determination to succeed – high levels of energy and “can do” attitude as an individual and as part of the Facilities team.
- Working knowledge of ATEX & CoMAH Regs
