The Role:
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Engineering & Manufacturing team. This is a brilliant opportunity to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, rewarding industry – supporting senior recruiters and learning the ropes of both delivery and client service.
You’ll be resourcing roles, speaking to candidates, supporting the recruitment process end-to-end, and working across a wide range of exciting industries. You’ll be trained and supported by experienced recruiters with deep industry knowledge, and you’ll get the tools to build your own successful recruitment desk over time.
