Are you an experienced project or programme manager seeking to work within a management consultancy environment? Can you develop key client relationships, alongside managing project teams?
About You
Your career to date means that you have extensive project and programme management experience - with a proven track record of successfully leading complex programmes or multiple projects, with specialism in IT systems implementation. It is essential that you have ERP system implementation experience and that you can apply well-honed project management methodologies in large or complex settings. You have worked across a variety of industry sectors, including significant time spent in the private sector, and understand the flexibility needed to support clients. This experience might be from within consulting, in-house roles, or engagements you have delivered as an independent. You'll already be comfortable developing and managing senior stakeholder relationships on projects. You'll also enjoy leading and motivating others in delivering excellence.
The role
The focus of this Manager role will be delivering client engagements - leading our largest systems implementations or transformation programmes. You will have responsibility for the full project lifecycle, team, and budget. You'll undertake rapid project assessments and health checks for clients, using your personal experience and judgement to make recommendations. You will play an integral role within our key accounts and be responsible for leading our delivery team. You will also share your expertise to support and develop internal capability.
Why apply
Be part of a great, Sunday Times award-winning team! You'll be heard and we want your contribution. As a Manager within our team, you'll actively use your knowledge and experience and see the direct impact of your influence. You will be a role model, supporting and developing others. You will benefit from our commitment to learning and development, continuing your own learning whilst passing on your expertise at the same time. We deliver all the capabilities of large consultancy with far less jargon and a lot more personality.
As an employer, we're proud to be flexible and modern and we work hard to help our team find balance in their working and personal lives. That's why we welcome applications for either full-time or flexible working. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to combine working from home, travel to client site, and time spent at our office in Bath to collaborate and see the team, for training and for our regular Company Days that play a big role in our cohesive team culture.
Remuneration
Competitive salary + twice yearly bonus + generous benefits package. Nine Feet Tall is an equal opportunities employer. We know that the principles of diversity, equality, and inclusion are key to being a successful and dynamic business - with a team which is engaged and where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is happy to be themselves.
