In the past three years we have sharpened our focus around change management for complex programmes, particularly helping and guiding clients with Project and Portfolio Management and increasingly supporting major clients with their complex ERP transformations. Are you an experienced project or programme manager seeking to work within a management consultancy environment? Can you develop key client relationships, alongside managing project teams?

About You

Your career to date means that you have extensive project and programme management experience – with a proven track record of successfully leading complex programmes or multiple projects, with specialism in IT systems implementation. It is essential that you have ERP system implementation experience and that you can apply well-honed project management methodologies in large or complex settings.

Youve have worked across a variety of industry sectors, including significant time spent in the private sector, and understand the flexibility needed to support clients this experience might be from within consulting, in-house roles or engagements you have delivered as an independent. Youll already be comfortable developing and managing senior stakeholder relationships on projects.

Youll also enjoy leading and motivating others in delivering excellence.

The role

The focus of this Manager role will be delivering client engagements – leading our largest systems implementations or transformation programmes. You will have responsibility for the full project lifecycle, team and budget. Youll undertake rapid project assessments and healthchecks for clients, using your personal experience and judgement to make recommendations.

You will play an integral role within our key accounts and be responsible for leading our delivery team. You will also share your expertise to support and develop internal capability.
