What You’ll Do.

Lead by

Example: Run the kitchen seamlessly in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring high standards are maintained..

Cook with

Passion: Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes during busy, fast‑paced services..

Manage & Mentor: Train, motivate, and develop our junior chefs and kitchen porters..

Stock & Specs: Assist with stock control, ordering, food safety (HACCP), and maintaining a clean, compliant kitchen.
