SATIGO is a digital capability partner delivering outcome-based technology services to regulated organisations and the UK public sector. We are hiring a Client Engagement Manager to take ownership of a live strategic account (HSBC) and drive the expansion of our Statement of Work (SoW) delivery model. This is a high-impact, commercial role focused on account growth, stakeholder engagement, and closing SoW engagements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and grow a Tier 1 enterprise account (HSBC)
- Map and engage stakeholders across technology, transformation, and procurement
- Build relationships beyond MSP channels (e.g. TAPFIN) into direct hiring managers
- Identify opportunities to move from contractor-led delivery → structured SoW engagements
- Shape, define, and close SoW deals aligned to client outcomes
- Mobilise delivery teams into live programmes
- Work closely with leadership to drive account strategy and expansion
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Strong track record in SoW / outcome-based delivery sales
- Experience operating within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders (Director / Head of / Programme level)
- Commercially driven with experience closing deals
Highly Desirable:
- Experience working with HSBC or similar Tier 1 financial institutions
- Understanding of MSP models (e.g. TAPFIN)
- Background in technology consulting, digital delivery, or professional services
- Experience in regulated environments (financial services or public sector)
