This is a rare opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation at a pivotal moment, shaping the financial and strategic foundations of a growing multi-neighbourhood provider.

You will work alongside committed clinical and executive leaders to help design and deliver the future of community-based care, financially sustainable, socially responsible and rooted in local need. This is a broad executive role that combines financial stewardship, commercial development and system leadership.

The CFO will lead the finance function while also playing a pivotal role in securing new contracts, shaping bids and business cases, supporting social and system investment, and developing innovative commercial frameworks to help Nimbuscare grow sustainably within the evolving NHS contractual and collaborative environment.

Working closely with the Chief Executive and fellow Executive Directors, the CFO will help define and deliver Nimbuscare's long-term strategy, ensuring the organisation remains financially resilient, values-led and positioned as a trusted partner within the health and care system.
