Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Support
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Post job openings on company career sites, job boards, and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes, source passive candidates and conduct initial candidate outreach as needed
  • Assist recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Facilitate pre-employment requirements, including background checks and employment verifications
  • Support recruiting events, job fairs, and university outreach initiatives
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up
  • Human Resources Support
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and system access requests.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems (HRIS)
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Assist with benefits administration and annual enrollment activities
  • Support employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events
  • Help prepare HR reports, metrics, and audits
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Assist with document management, policy acknowledgments, and personnel file maintenance
  • Provide administrative support for performance management and training programs
  • Administrative Responsibilities
  • Manage HR department calendars and scheduling
  • Prepare employment-related documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, trainings, and employee communications
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information
  • Support special HR and Talent Acquisition projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Administrative Support, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service
  • Preferred
  • Internship or professional experience supporting HR or recruiting functions
  • Familiarity with HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking Systems, experience with Paylocity is a plus but not required
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • HR certification interest or progress toward SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar credentials
