With a healthy pipeline and continued growth planned, the company is now looking to strengthen its project delivery team with an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. You will work closely with senior management and have the opportunity to influence how projects are planned, resourced and delivered.
The Role
The Mechanical Project Manager will take responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical building services pipework projects. You will manage projects from the initial handover and planning stages through to installation, commissioning and completion.
- Taking full ownership of mechanical pipework projects
- Reviewing specifications, drawings and contractual requirements
- Producing project programmes and delivery plans
- Coordinating labour, materials, plant and subcontractors
- Managing project budgets, forecasts and variations
- Monitoring progress against programme and cost
- Leading client and project meetings
- Working closely with engineers, supervisors and site teams
- Identifying technical or commercial risks at an early stage
