The role
As an M&E Quantity Surveyor you will be joining a small, but growing commercial team, helping to cost-effectively tender/bid a wide variety of projects, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and helping to ensure projects are successfully delivered.
The requirements
At present, you should be working as a Quantity Surveyor, either entirely focused on Mechanical & Electrical or with some experience of. The client has expressed an interest in either an experienced QS or a junior QS who wishes to progress their career, learning from and working with industry leaders, where you're given the tools to develop and succeed. Ideally, you will also have experience on a wide variety of commercial projects with an interest in developing your experience and progressing your career.
The package
The budget is flexible with regard to salary as the client is after the right person with the right skill set. If you have the experience, ability and track record, you can command the salary and we will work with you to ensure you achieve the maximum for your ability. Realistically, you could expect to earn anywhere between £60k-£75k as a current salary. The role also offers hybrid working, a company vehicle or car allowance, company mobile and generous holiday entitlement and a company bonus, paid twice annually.
