The role involves joining the client's growing team as a Junior Mechanical Contracts Manager. This role would suit someone who has either gained some experience managing commercial mechanical installation projects, or someone from a strong mechanical trade background who is keen to progress into project management. You will work closely with experienced Mechanical and Electrical Contracts Managers, gaining hands-on training across the full project lifecycle, from handover of estimate through to completion, commissioning, handover and final account. This is not a role where you will be left on your own from day one.
The business is looking for someone with the right attitude, technical grounding and ambition to develop into a capable Contracts Manager over time.
