The Company
Our client is a leading, Tier-one contractor operating across the South West. With a solid order book of work leading well into 2026, they not only offer a great work-life balance but also the opportunity to work on a wide variety of landmark projects across the region, specifically focusing on Bristol, Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire.
The role
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be joining a pivotal role, leading and driving innovation. Sitting firmly across on the client side and senior-level project management, your role will be helping to keep the clients' expectations managed, while working to grow the client base, ensuring project continuity and helping steer the project in the correct way, without corner-cutting.
The requirements
- At present, you should be working in a Project Management/Engineer position, with a good spread of project exposure across various clients; these can include healthcare, large-scale commercial, hospitality, commercial etc.
- Ideally, you will be Oxford-based, working for a similar scale contractor, with an average project value of around £5m-6m as a minimum.
The package
The budget is pretty flexible with regard to salary, the client is after the right person with the right skill set. If you have the experience, ability and track record, you can command the salary and we will work with you to ensure you achieve the maximum for your ability. Ideally, we're looking for people between £60-£75k as a current salary. The role also offers hybrid working, a company vehicle or car allowance, company mobile and generous holiday entitlement.
