Job Description
Our client is a well-established and respected mechanical and electrical building services Design and Build contractor, operating from their modern offices just outside Bristol. With a strong track record delivering technically complex projects across the commercial, industrial, logistics, and agricultural sectors, theyve built long-term partnerships through quality workmanship, reliability, and integrity.
Projects typically range between £2.5m and £3m, with multiple schemes running concurrently. The role
As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for leading several live projects from pre-construction through to completion. Youll oversee mechanical packages end-to-end – managing budgets, programmes, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure smooth, compliant, and commercially sound delivery.
Youll act as the key link between the client, design team, and site operations, ensuring projects are executed to specification, on time and within budget, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Heres what youll need to succeed

Proven experience in a Mechanical Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role within the building services industry.

Background delivering projects across commercial, industrial, logistics, or agricultural sectors.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, typically valued between £2.5m£3m.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC

Excellent commercial understanding – confident managing costs, procurement, and client expectations.
