The Company: Our client is a leading, Tier-one contractor operating across the South West & Wales. With a solid order book of work leading well into 2027, they offer a great work-life balance and the opportunity to work on a wide variety of landmark projects across the region, specifically focusing on Bristol, Gloucester, Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire.

Local Limited travel depending on location.

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be joining a pivotal role, leading and driving innovation. Your role will involve helping to manage clients' expectations while ensuring project delivery, continuity, and steering the project in the correct way, without corner-cutting. The first project is located in Gloucester.

At present, you should be working in a Project Management position, with a good spread of project exposure across various clients; these can include healthcare, large-scale commercial, hospitality, and commercial projects. Ideally, you will be Bristol-based, working for a similar scale contractor, with an average project value of around £2m-6m, although flexible for the right person.

The budget is flexible regarding salary, as the client is looking for the right person with the right skill set. The role also offers hybrid working, a company vehicle or car allowance, a company mobile, and generous holiday entitlement.
