\Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
Working closely with senior commercial and operational stakeholders, you will be involved in the tendering, procurement and financial management of mechanical and electrical packages, supporting the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final account.

\You will currently be working as a Quantity Surveyor, with experience either fully focused on Mechanical & Electrical services or within a wider construction role with strong MEP exposure.
Ideally, you will have experience delivering commercial projects and be keen to further develop your technical, contractual and commercial skills within a structured and supportive environment.
\The salary is flexible and will reflect experience and capability.
The role also offers hybrid working, a company vehicle or car allowance, company mobile, generous holiday entitlement and a performance-related bonus paid twice annually.
