Rather than pushing volume through an overstretched estimating team, the business is investing in senior leadership to improve bid quality, consistency and commercial decision-making. This is a true senior position combining hands-on estimating with leadership and influence. You will lead a small electrical estimating team, take ownership of tender strategy, and work closely with senior management to shape how projects are priced and risk is managed - not simply respond to bid deadlines.
