The client Our client is a specialist turnkey construction business headquartered in the UK, delivering high-performance, technically demanding built environments across sectors such as data centres, defence and energy. They combine design, engineering, procurement and delivery under one roof, providing a seamless project experience and world-class outcomes for their clients. The role Due to sustained growth and an expanding pipeline of technically complex electrical infrastructure projects, they are now seeking an Electrical Project Manager based in Bristol. In this role you will lead electrical delivery packages, coordinate MEP activities, manage subcontractors and engineers on site, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to exacting technical standards across specialist construction programmes. The requirements You will ideally have: Proven experience managing electrical or MEP delivery on commercial or technical construction projects; A strong understanding of construction methodology, electrical systems and power distribution for critical environments; The ability to plan, coordinate and lead multi-discipline teams; A background either via apprenticeship, electrical engineering qualification or construction management route; A working understanding of relevant contracts and project controls; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Previous experience within building services, data centre, defence or industrial construction will be highly regarded, but all applicants with strong electrical project delivery experience will be considered. The package The salary for this role is £60,000£65,000 per year (negotiable for the right person) , reflecting the technical responsibility of the position.
