Your Role:
Compliance and Regulation: Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, regulations, and Ofsted standards.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, conducting regular performance appraisals.
Care Planning: Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans for each child.
Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure sustainability of the home.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate care quality, implementing improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Qualifications & Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience as a Registered Manager, with a proven track record of working toward or already holding a Level 5 qualification., Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in leading and developing staff to enhance team performance.
Organisational and Regulatory Knowledge: Strong planning and organisational skills to effectively manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in children’s care.
Problem-Solving and Crisis Management: Ability to assess situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions for crisis management and conflict resolution.
Assessment, Training, and Financial Management: Skills in assessing children’s needs, evaluating care plans, supporting staff training and development, and managing budgeting and financial planning for the home’s sustainability
