At circa £11bn, NILGOSC is the largest pension fund in Northern Ireland and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team and help us provide an excellent service to our members.
The Role: We are currently seeking to fill permanent full-time positions within our Pension Administration team and also for future permanent/temporary vacancies that may arise in the next 12 months. You will be working in a busy office environment and your role will involve the following:
- Calculating pension entitlements including quotations and retirements.
- Assisting members with queries on their pension scheme.
- Providing information to members and employers to help them understand their pension scheme.
No previous pension knowledge is required - full training will be provided.
The Person: We are looking for applicants who are self-motivated, enjoy working as part of a team and have a positive attitude. You will need:
- 5 GCSEs at C or above (including English Language and Mathematics).
- Experience working in an office/administration environment (depending on qualifications).
- Excellent numeracy and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a high volume of administration tasks.
