Position Type: 27 hours a week 3.30-8.30 Mon-Fri and 8.30-3.30 Saturdays
Job Description: Reporting to the Operations Lead and working alongside the Rotherham team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day customer service and administration and will be the first point of contact for our member and general public enquiries including taking phone calls and greeting customers. Training will be given for all our systems as well as for our programmes. You will be capable of operating in line with our standards and procedures while delivering a first-class customer service experience. Your time will be spent on site at our Rotherham site.

Person Specification: We are looking for a confident welcoming individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational and customer service skills. Self-driven, you will enjoy working as part of a busy team but will also be able to manage your own work and be ultimately responsible for the customer service and some customer administration including taking payments for Rotherham. You will have experience of direct customer communication and complaints handling. - Communication with members in person, over the phone and by email
- Assisting with stock checks / kit levels
- Ensure all customer onboarding policies and procedures are adhered to in line with company policies and BG Guidelines
- Communication with Parents / Guardians
- Attend NWG Rotherham events
- General housekeeping duties
